8-year-old Saudi girl divorces 50-year-old husband
Hmmmm.....and the Muslim faith [mentioned further down in the article] is one to be admired right now?! Here is the quote, "Saudi Arabia's conservative Muslim clergy have opposed the drive to end child marriages. In January, the kingdom's most senior cleric said it was permissible for 10-year-old girls to marry and those who believe they are too young are doing the girls an injustice."
Unbelieveable to me. Just unbelieveable. They didn't even mention if that child has had to share a bed with her "husband". Sick.

My heart goes out to those poor little girls...The whole thing is disgusting.
Legalized pedophilia is rampant in parts of the world Islamic law is the basis for the legal system (or IS the legal system, i.e., Sharia law). Another sign of a sick society. I'm fed up with the moral relativists who excuse this behavior as simply "different". Western culture isn't just "different", it's BETTER. We still have pedophiles, but at least we acknowledge their behavior is wrong.
